The perfect amount of time to get a total body burn without sacrificing the rest of your day. With short rest periods, you’ll sweat and feel the burn in every muscle. It’s just long enough that you’ll feel it the next day, short enough to keep your focus before you go back to your busy life. Super short on time? Try my 20 min ab class or 5 min minis!
High Energy
You deserve a high energy workout even at home! I’ll bring the same passionate motivation you would experience in person to keep you engaged and make your workout fly by, plus a killer playlist to keep you moving to the beat of the music. Need accountability? I’ll keep you motivated with monthly challenges, check ins and more.

Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, or ready for more challenge with an established routine, this class is for you! As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, I provide options for all fitness levels, as well as opportunities to up the challenge should you want more. Modifications are encouraged and going at your own pace is never shamed. Without judgment, I’ll help us get stronger together.
